RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Honest Touch, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, our return policy is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible.

1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (We do not have any "final sale" restrictions, so all regular items are covered under this 30-day policy).

3. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees We want to make your return process easy. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@honestouch.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
