Shipping Policy for Honest Touch Orders

At Honest Touch, we know you are excited to receive your baby essentials, and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (USA)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping within the USA on qualifying orders (as advertised on our store). For other orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Honest Touch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
